Vanessa Cindy is always a good one to do on the road, just sub sit-ups for pull-ups, of course burpees are always fun too.
Your energy was missed in my class on Monday, even though Sean represented the family well, will see you on Saturday.

Wow! you guys killed Cindy today! Both classes rocked!
at 5:30 we had Lauren, Maria, Marcus Jackie, Bong-Gi, Matt and of course Alison
I saw Jackie RX it!!! Marcus RX’d with mostly strict pull ups, but I noticed those kips getting much better towards the end. Alison did ALL the push ups on her toes, Matt Rx’d! It was so fun to watch you guys, GREAT work ethic on this one.
7pm I had Gregg, Alex S. and Sarah who were overrun by Vibe Girls Volley Ball team from Lafayette. Nine young athletes came in and pushed us all to a new level. It was great to have you VIBE! Alex did assisted one arm push ups due to a shoulder injury, Sarah broke 10 rounds and Greg, although always impressive, worked straight though it! not breaks, no resting just working! You guys are the best! see you tomorrow!

All right so I followed Luca’s advice and subbed sit-ups for pull-ups in Cindy. However, 5 sit-ups seemed to easy so I did 10 push-ups, 15 squats, 20 sit-ups. 6 & 1/3 rounds in 20 minutes.
Let me say for the record that it is very hard to work out by yourself, in a hotel room at 10 pm after a full day of conferences and a chili dinner…LOL
