Wow! good day already! Jackie and I met up at 9 (ish) to try out this WOD before she drove back to sonoma
a few interruptions but otherwise a great workout.
Alex, Alison and Julie at 12:15. Alex improving greatly on his Squats, Alison kicking but as usual, and Julie…WOW! Moving great, looking great, a true inspiration! Nice work everyone!

Great job Vanessa you are a true crossfitter, Chili’s dinner, all day conference and stll you did you’re WOD, I’m impressed.

Nice working with Brianna, Anthony and Kerry tonight. Kerry and Anthony have visibly improved their squat form, Kerry learned that lots of sit ups can remove the skin from your tail bone, Brianna got the best time of the day without waiting down her feet for her sit ups. With her extra time she worked push press, getting to 65# for 2 reps!
Thinking of doing a Valentines day bring a friend workout/get together…what do you think? any interest?

I like the Valentine’s work out idea…
Too much wine today and after 2 days of squats in my hotel room and high heels all day my knees are killing. I guess I’ll just listen to my body and take a break. Too bad I really wanted to see if I get this WOD done. Maybe I’ll try it tomorrow.
One of my colleagues from Florida told me that she started crossfit a year ago and loves it. It has changed her life. We’ve decided to convert the entire Sales Team….

I did it! I had to split up the last 60 sit ups, but I did it all. I warmed up with 1/2 mi. walk/ 1/2 mi. jog
It wasn’t terrible…

Really liked this workout, but when i went back to sonoma and saw that there was wall ball involved in the next day’s workout, there was no way! Well i guess i can’t pull a meg and go without a rest day.
