		<description>I surely felt it today, lesson learned! I think having the two grand openings, on two days that I don&#039;t normally workout was what did it, plus with all of the rain, I didn&#039;t go running very much so I felt like I needed to compensate! Definitely laying off this weekend!</description>

		<description>You didn&#039;t take any rest day this week Alison? Not a good thing, as I told Alex too, you need at least a day rest after 3 of working out, you can still run if you want, but no crossfit type work that&#039;s too hard on your body. That goes for all of you Concord Corssfitter, listen to your body and rest when needed, see you tomorrow</description>

Julie got just under 30 minutes for three rounds making big strides in her double unders  great work Julie, you&#039;re a natural athlete.  Remember we added a Friday 7pm class so if you didn&#039;t get to try this WOD there&#039;s still time :-)</description>

Alison and anthony blasted through in under 20 minutes with anthony on the 65 and alison on 45 snatch.
LK and I started once the others finished, Laurence pushed it through and finished before our 35 min time limit reaching the brink on nausia in his last round but persevering through, wtg LK! That means ur a crossfitter. I went rx in 16:37

Work those overhead squats for the range you need for the snatches, its in the butt. And don&#039;t forget, if u have time before or after workout, practice your kipping pull ups and double unders. Good job guys</description>
