		<description>Hey guys, sorry for the late post, but anyway, great energy today at the gym, with Vanessa, Vickie, Nick and Matt moving some weights, while Sean, Corinne (I hope that&#039;s how you spell your name), and L.K. worked on form. The mini MetCon that follow was a fun little one, just enough to get every one a good, fast heart beat, we closed class with some stretches, remember, the longer the muscle the more weight it can move, so stretch, stretch and I&#039;ll see you all on Monday</description>
