Good point Vanessa, sometimes it'll feel like you haven't done enough, but it a day and you'll see, or feel the results, see you on Monday

Yesterday's WOD was fun. For the first time I did not feel like nauseous during or after the workout. SO of course I thought that it was either an easy workout or I didn't push myself enough. Well I guess it wasn't that easy because I woke up very sore this morning... Lesson learned: never underestimate a crossfit workout.

Luca, great class! Damn, I'm tired. Ha! And I'd forgotten what great stretches you do. Just what the doctor ordered. Looking forward to next time. I'm 61, but who's counting?

Boy great big class this morning, 11 athletes, and an awesome span of ages from 13 to 60, just to prove the fact that CrossFit is for everyone, age and skill level. It was nice to start working with Mike again, nice form Mike, Meg, Anthony, we've got some future firebreathers with Matt, Nick and Alessandro, Vickie worked on OHS form, while Vanessa, Lorraine, LK and Sean moved some seriuos weights, see you all on Monday
