    Sorry about the late post, my home computer was down, anyway, nice HUGE class again as usual on Saturday 15 people did today wod, divided in 3 groups, proficients, still learning and learning, I saw some really good forms, as well as some bad, but not too many and not too bad. Nice quick mini MetCon at the end, just enough to get every one sweaty. Sorry if I pushed class a little longer, but with so many of you, it was necessary, see you all on Monday.

    I envy anyone not sore from Saturday’s class. Ouch. I think tossing the medicine ball around in so many creative ways has something to do with it. Also scrunching the scapula together while DL’ng. Great one Luca!

    Alex and I got to do this one later in the day. Fun I love DL. Mini metcon was a little too mini maybe? AC and I both finished in 4:20-4:50…5 rounds next time ;-)
