    5:30 class was a whirlwind as usual! everyone stayed focused and worked hard to get it done though! WE MISSED YOU LAUREN AND MARIA! Hannah had her first CrossFit class today! Back Squatting 10-15 lbs under body weight on her first try! Marcus, Chris, Alex and Bong-Gi worked on clean form and pushing the weight. Vanessa and Alison made heavy lifting look beautiful as always :-)

    Mini MetCon didn’t feel so mini! everyone did finish in 13 minutes or less but it was a challenge.

    7pm was just me and Anthony….WE MISS YOU GREG! Anthony’s form is visibly better, lower squats, steadier core and smooth timing. Looking good my friend. I’m still working on increasing my weight load but not accepting less than butt to ankles on my depth. Seems to be working out :-) New PR today at BW+10lbs for a single (ugly) rep.

    Another successful day in the gym :-) See y’all tomorrow.

    BTW Anthony and I are meeting to WOD at 10am tomorrow if anyone is interested in an eariler time we’d love to have you!

    Tonight felt even harder than usual. I’m not sure if it was because I worked out 5 days in a row (not used to that) or the fact that I had both my kids running around like crazy. I just couldn’t focus on the mini metcon tonight (I definitely blame my 2 sweeties for that).
    Thank you all for letting me work out with you and bring my boys along. I hope they weren’t too distracting.

    your boys are wonderful and never a problem. We were glad to have you. BTW yes, it could be the 5 days in a row that made today’s WOD seem so hard ;-) .
