Great day today! 5:30 was Marcus, Kris, Miles (yay) Alex, Bong-Gi, Alison and Hannah. Everyone showed great improvement on their Push Press. Rounds for the mini MetCon were 4-6.5 round for everyone. Great improvement on Kipping pull ups Hannah and Kris!
8pm I had a personal training session with Molly and Diana, two very fun sisters
I have to say….they are going to be amazing! look out for them and a couple other new ladies just finishing up their PTs: Carolyn, Angie and Kelly should be showing up in group classes soon. Make sure you say hi if you see them around the Gym.

oh my god, it took an hour to recover from this mini metcon. you know you are working hard when you develop a (very temporary) workout cough.
miles is a crazy strong lifting machine.
