Love your energy around the gym.

		<description>So why did we get Dirty 30 instead of 400m lunges??? Not sure what would have been harder though. Had fun today. Meg, Happy Birthday again. Glad I could make it for your b-day workout. And I&#039;m not giving up on the 30 burpees and 30 double unders. I&#039;ll get them done as soon as the kids are in bed. Alex, thanks for the yummy paleo goodies. I&#039;ll have to get some recipes from you.</description>
