7 3/4 rounds at noon. I think this eating Paleo thing is helping my strength a little, normally that many Thrusters is one of my (many) weaknesses but it felt pretty good today! biggest problem was my forearms! must be a grip thing from pairing rope with pull ups…And WTF is up with my pull ups!!! 2-3 @ a time?! Really?! if it’s not one thing it’s another right? :-/
Anyway, nice to See Anthony midday! thanks for your help fixing my computer too! you’re the best!

Great Workout tonight ladies!!! Heather, Susan and Diana worked their butts off on Rope climb technique and ALL GOT really good at it! I can’t wait to see them fly up the rope in the next couple months!
we finished up with Tabata ab work. Keep it up girls, I’m so impressed!
