Missed everyone today! Stair climb was fun! NO AIR in the stair well, really good challenge. Not sure of my time but I pretty sure I got sub 13 min…really hoping for sub 12, but I won’t find out till Monday.
Good luck to Alison tomorrow on her first Marathon!

10 am class was small but fierce. Everyone’s backsquats were looking good. Anthony and mike were pushing 200 lbs and nick, matt, hannah, diana all pr’d. Metcon was impressive with several folks getting 9 and 10 rounds in. Thanks for allowing me to work with you guys.
Meg, that is awesome, sub 13 on all those stairs.

Alex, great class, my legs are fried. Great stretch routine after. Meg, Alex said you’re getting your new bars on Monday so I took my bar home. Didn’t notice ’til I got home the blood on the knurling! Awesome, my bar’s finally broken in after all these months. I feel like I took a little bit of the spirit of Concord Crossfit home with me. Thanks to the unknown donor. Was that you Alex? I noticed the tape on your hands.
