my wrists are all cut up after today, but my determination to get these suckers is totally renewed!

It was really cool watching everyones progression with this one. People made some attempts, went back to the drills and the attempts changed. I would like to thank that pull up ladder last week for helping me with the mu again tho, I think it made a huge difference.

I want a muscle up. Somehow I think that’s not going to happen any time soon.
