loved Nutts last night but aching this morning. No squatting or rowing for me today- just a 4-mile run at Shell Ridge so I earned my cheat day tomorrow!

I know this is weird but I really think front squats is my favorite OLY lift (or is it deadlift???)… Anyway my weights for FS 45, 65, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125 and 1 rep at 135 (PR).
Tabata sets are always a fun way to get your heart rate up. I had never done rowing tabata sets.

I have to say Vanessa, not only is your front squat strong but it’s pretty too
Abigail it was really nice to have you. Mom it’s always nice to have you in class, but I think I witnessed your most creative modfication ever today when you managed to row with Milo on your lap. Very cute! and quite impressive!

120 meters if I remember right, and 20 being my lowest for the jump rope.
