    28:13 (Mod) substituted ring dips with ghd triceps dips- I know… I’ll work on it ;) BTW Anthony is the DU King! Have you guys seen that!

    Anthony you do have beautiful double unders. I’m gonna have to stop telling people that to do DUs you just need to Jump-like-a-ten-year-old-girl. It just doesn’t work anymore :-)
