I think today’s WOD was just as hard as it looked: rope climb HARD, lunges with extra 40# HARD and muscle-up…ummmm HARD. Thank goodness for the sit-ups to give us a little break.
And I am so very sore. Getting up from the couch, in & out of the car, picking up the kids, straightening out my arms… it all hurts.
Tomorrow is rest day. YEAH…

@ Alison: I know… between Chelsea on Monday, yesterday’s crazy WOD and today, I’m beat!!!
But I look at tomorrow’s WOD and I’m bummed I’m going to miss it.
