2012-01-11 Shoulder Press & Over Head Squats
A. 5 sets of 5 Shoulder press increase loads for each set
B. 5 sets of 5 overhead squat increase loads for each set
C. Mini Murph: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes with a 400 m buy in:
pull ups, push ups, squats
do as many as you can in what ever size set you want but your ending ratio must be 1 pull up:2 push ups:3 squats
score is total reps for each. For example: 30 pull ups 60 push ups 90 squats
