4 minutes of work, 1 minute rest 4 rounds:

Partner A: on pull ups the whole 4 minutes

Partner B: on Thrusters (65/95#) the whole 4 minutes

switch after the break

one partner works at a time your score is total Thrusters and total pull ups as a team.

Example:

Jack pull ups

Jill Thrusters

Jack does 10 pull ups and drops off the bar so Jill begins thrusters until she has to set the bar down, at that time Jack can start pull ups again.   continue like this for 4 minutes, both partners must rest in the rest minute.  Their score may look something like:

100 pull ups

89 Thrusters
