2012-01-26 Front squat and Push Press

A: 5 sets of 5 Front Squats increasing loads for each set

B: 5 sets of 5 push press increasing loads for each set

C: 2 minutes at each station:

- wind sprints 20 feet….I think that is the distance from the garage door to the edge of the parking stall? anyway, there and back to the door is 1 rep

- row for calories

-double unders for reps

-GHD sit ups for reps

the clock will continue to run so change stations quickly! post loads and total reps to comments
