		<description>holy crap my shoulders hurt!  I got a total of 3 no-reps in the wall walks and each one was horribly disappointing!  Thanks Susan for working out with me!  thank you Alex for helping me do this right-ish, really tempting to fall or slide back into the push up position.  Might have to tap out tomorrow and take a rest day...or just cut my arms of, either way sounds pretty good right about now.</description>

		<description>took a fairly graceful face plant into a large pile of muddy leaves this morning while running Lake Merritt, thought it was only my ego that was bruised but my arm has stiffened up this afternoon.    Think I&#039;ll skip the wall walks for today but I might try tomorrow night if I don&#039;t like the sounds of tomorow&#039;s workout!</description>

Great work everyone!  so proud to see so many of you getting on the RX board even after the brutal WODs we&#039;ve had this week.  very impressed!  Welcome back Mark, welcome Krystle, welcome petru and Elizabeth.  So happy to see all these new faces around the gym.</description>

Kerry - wall walks are where you walk your feet up the wall while walking your hands back, so you end up in a handstand position with your stomach against the wall :)
